Language of an Engineer

   Purpose of a language 
 
Language is such a things by which by which any living can communicate with each other. It is not necessary that a language must be a form of sound. Though we human beings have so many different language based on our area of living, culture & community but all living entity have their own language may be it is in a form of symbol or expression or any thing else.
          
        Engineers also have language by which they express their their 
thoughts,convey their information and spread their discovery through out the world to built a new world. This language of an engineer is called Engineering Drawing.
         

History of Engineering Drawing
 
    Gaspard Monge a French Mathematician & father of Descriptive  Geometry invent a drawing technique which is called Orthographic Projection in the year of 1770.

    At the early age drawing made only on paper which is so much time consuming. To fulfill the huge requirement 2D-CAD system was developed at the year of 1980 and 3-D CAD system comes in public at the year of 1990.

 How can I make West be Up in my drawings? OR North is Up in my drawings but it’s not  “really” North. What’s the difference between Project North and True North? OR How do I  get my project located to match my survey?   Each Revit project file has its own internal coordinate system which by default is only known  to the project. If your project is a stand-alone, you may be able to live with this internal  system.
